I know many youths do not know the importance of volunteering. Today, I will be pointing out some key importance of volunteering. Youths of today do not see the big picture of offering their human service for a given course for free. Many youths dream of working in the biggest offices and in international NGO. I will like to point out this clear to them that most of their dream jobs requires certain years of experience in a related field and as such, one of the ways in which they can attain the required experience is through volunteering. It does not necessarily mean that you have to go to these big Companies to volunteer for them to see you before they can give you the job. No! You can start somewhere no matter how small, but be sure to gain the relevant basic skills required. Sometimes, some of these Companies...
